About Soyeon
Soyeon has been passionate about Pilates most of her life. Soyeon’s journey with movement began nearly twenty years ago while growing up in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Initially turning to Pilates in high school to build lean muscle and alleviate knee pain, she quickly discovered the transformative power of the practice.
After moving to the United States to pursue a degree in Architecture, Soyeon spent a decade designing spaces in NYC. In 2019, she realized her true passion lay in the architecture of the human body, leading her to become a certified instructor through Club Pilates. With twenty years of personal practice and a professional designer’s eye for alignment, Soyeon believes that Pilates is the essential foundation for lifelong strength and mobility.

The Method
Strength is built on a solid foundation.
At Park Pilates, I apply an architectural lens to the human body—focusing on alignment, strength, and precision. Based in a private residence in Glen Rock, my sessions provide a one-on-one experience where each class is tailored to help you develop the functional power required for a vibrant, active life. The goal is not just fitness, but for lifelong functional strength to support everyday movement. Whether you are seeking to sculpt your body, enhance your posture or improve your health, Pilates can be designed to help you thrive in your daily life.
